Can't find a patient using Quick Find?
Problem
Sometimes when you try finding a patient using the quick search field, patient does not appear. Yet when you search using the main search field in the Patient tab, the patient is there.

This is a known issue that can affect some legacy patient records.
Solution
To rectify this, find the patient first using the main search bar. Select the patient and edit the lastname or firstname to something else (or both), then back to the real one. This will update the search index for the quick search field and you should be able to find the patient using Quick Find field.
If you see this happening to newly registered patients, please let us know.
