Can't Login?


Errors on logging in as a patient **


"When I attempt to login, a message says email is not recognised"


Well, this as it says on the tin, means your email address has not been registered on ClinicYou! There is no other explantion for this. Just giving your email address to your clinic does not enable access to your medical record. The clinician or a staff member should actively enable your account before you can login.


"My password is not recognised"


Try copying and pasting the password. Also remember you will have been asked to change the password when you first login (and therefore the original password sent to you will be no longer valid.


"I am a patient who has been given login details, but nothing happens when I try to login"


This is something that we hear occasionally. We haven't been able to verify this as a real bug, but often a refresh of the web page corrects the problem. If this does not resolve the issue, please get in touch through chat.


"I am a clinician and I am new to ClinicYou. I have the initial login details, but nothing happens when I try to login"


Please make sure you login to ClinicYou from a desktop browser, not mobile, for the first time. There are several onboarding set up steps the first time you login and mobile browser does not handle these.


'User not recognised' means you are getting the email address wrong or you have no valid account.


Did you know you can also login from iOS or Android apps? Search ClinicYou in the respective appstores. However, you can't use this if you are logging in as a clinician for the first time.
