Can't See Some of the Previous Entries in Notes?

Missing Notes Entries?

In August 2025, we changed the algorithm that loads the patient's Notes in medical records (EMR page). This has resulted some legacy notes being left out.

From August 29th, the system will find and bring back the notes when a patient's EMR page loads. There maybe a few seconds of delay when this is executed.

Please note if you see this issue on mobile app, please load the patient notes on web app to run the process that checks the database.
