# Can't See Some of the Previous Entries in Notes?

# Missing Notes Entries?

In August 2025, we changed the algorithm that loads the patient's Notes in medical records (EMR page). **This has resulted some legacy notes being left out.** 

From August 29th, the system will find and bring back the notes when a patient's EMR page loads. There maybe a few seconds of delay when this is executed.
