CloudRx Prescription Not Working?


Errors Related to CloudRx Prescribing


If you click the 'Order' button on the CloudRx electronic prescription page and nothing happens (the order popup does not go away and you briefly see a yellow progress bar at the top of the page when you click), make sure your dose / directions field does not have a red border.


If that's not the case, please check the following:


  • Your Professional Registration Number is filled in - go to your profile from your profile icon
  • Clinic Address fields are completed
  • Patient's Title field has a value
  • Patient's address fields are completed and none of the fields contain more than 25 characters


Some of our users have found the last point an issue for London addresses, where the first line of address becomes too long - if this happens, move some of the info to the second field and use London as county.
