Receiving Documents from Patients

The easiest and most straightforward way to receive documents and images from patients is by email. To make this happen, you need to first request that they send these to you by an emailing them within medical records. When a patient replies to that email, they can attach any relevant files or images, and these will be appended to the medical records along with the email content. Alternatively, you could give the patients access to medical records, and they can write notes in the medical records and upload files into medical records directly.
