Notes are missing from patient's EMR?

Do not worry - they are there! This is due to some changes that we made to the way in which the EMR notes are fetched on page load. You can force reload the notes yourself. Click the 'Force Reload' button on the patient's notes and wait for the action to complete.

If this does not work, please let us know the ID number of the patient, and we will have a look at the logs for you.
