Nationwide Pathology Says They Did Not Receive Order?

We hear this occasionally. On investigation, we have found that sometimes Nationwide Pathology staff don't quite look in the right place for orders sent electronically. Please ask the patient to say that the order was sent electronically by HL7 messaging. That often focuses their minds.
