New Scheduler

New More Powerful, Flexible Scheduler and Resource Management

Starting Summer of 2025, we will be deploying a new, more powerful and flexible scheduling system.

This is because we have had feedback from some of our users that they could do with more flexibility and more powerful resource management. We are going to run both systems side by side for a period of time and it is anticipated that those clinics who want to move to the newer system, they have the option to do so, whilst if you are happy with existing implementation, continue using that.

Please note the patient booking page addresses are different for legacy and new systems.

Accessing the New Schduler

You can access the new scheduler from the Calendar page (you will be able to make this a default navigation option on clicking Calendar soon).

With the new scheduler, it is easier to open up ANY of your appointment types as patient bookable and the legacy toggle switch does not apply. Further, you can create the appointment types on the new scheduler, as well as set your out of office dates on this page itself.

When to use the new scheduler system?

Essentially, if you want a simple calendar where you can click and make appointments quickly, stick with legacy system. If you need more flexible and powerful scheduling facility, use the new one simple
