# Calendar, Resource Management and Patient Booking Link

# Flexible Scheduler and Resource Management

###### Starting Autumn 2026, we are revising our scheduling and patient booking facilities. We will be deploying a new, more powerful and flexible scheduling system. The resource management facility deployed in 2025 remains available to large clinics.

This is because we have had feedback from some of our users that they could do with more flexibility and more powerful resource management. We are going to run both systems side by side for a period of time and it is anticipated that those clinics who want to move to the newer system, they have the option to do so, whilst if you are happy with existing implementation, continue using that.


| Starting October 2026, the navigation changes as follows. If your clinic is on the legacy patient booking system that is also available for you to continue to use. Please note that the patient booking links differ between the three systems. Please use the link that is appropriate for your use case.

| For the new more powerful patient booking link use the booking setup button. If you wish to remain on the legacy booking system please continue to use the legacy tab.

You can access the Resource Management page from the Calendar page.
