Appointment Confirmation Email or Text (SMS)

ClinicYou can send automated appointment reminders by email or SMS (if enabled in your clinic settings). In addition, you can also send appointment confirmation immediately on creating appointment.

To enable SMS reminders, please go to your account settings page (click your profile picture, choose My Account > My Clinic. You will find the checkbox to enable SMS reminders at the bottom of this tab. Please note SMS messaging facility needs a flat fee for unlimited SMS reminders from your account.

How to enable appointment reminders

To enable appointment reminders, click your profile picture on the top right, then choose My Account > My Clinic. The two checkboxes under the clinic location enable you to turn this feature on or off.

How to enable appointment confirmation emails or text

By default this is on, and you can prevent a confirmation being sent by simply unchecking the checkbox on the appointment creation sheet.
