Copy EMR Notes Text
Sometimes it is useful to copy the text entry in the EMR notes. You might find the entry collapses (minimises) on attempting to click and drag. This can be annoying. You can get around this like this:
To copy note, click it to expand the entry. Then click just to the left of the date and title header of the entry you want to copy. Then copy as normal.
Date and title aren’t click enabled and the note won’t close if you click there. Only the body text is click enabled.
You can also copy the notes text by expanding the buttons on the left of the text, then clicking the Copy button.
Alternatively, if you just want to copy the text for including in a letter, it is easy - with the new letter paenl, select the episode (context) you want to attach the letter to, then click 'Import Notes from Episode' button. That's it!
