How do I delete my ClinicYou account?

ClinicYou deletes all of your personal data and terminates subscription on your command. To do this, please login to your account from a desktop computer, click your profile picture and choose My Account, and then Subscription. The button to delete in there at the bottom of that page. Click it and follow instructions on the screen. Please note that this action is permanent and you WILL NOT be able to login to ClinicYou once the account is deleted.
