Editing Medical Notes

In ClinicYou, you can edit an entry made in the notes for 48 hours. Hover your mouse over the title of the note and the edit icon will be visible. Click this and the content will load in a popup, where you can make edits. There is also a facility to edit with a prompt (e.g 'rewrite the notes with correct sex reference - patient is male').
