Do I need a subscription to get started?

No. Our of the box, ClinicYou gives you pretty much all the tools for free, and you can add all of your clinic staff / colleagues to the account. Thus, you can work with the software in a live environment for free. The only limitation you will face is the limit to patient records you can add (currently limited to 50) and you only hit paywall on some actions (such as sending a physical letter, taking card payments etc).

Where do I subscribe?

You will find call to action button on your home page once you login. Click that, or go to your account page (click your profile picture on upper right hand corner, then choose My Account). On the account page, choose the subscription tab. You can see all things related to your main ClinicYou subscription and any connected payment gateways there. Once subscribed, you can change the card associated with the account, view your current subscription plan, payment history, connect Stripe for taking payments etc here. You can also change your subscription plan here.
